Nach ca. 160 Jahren Stahlwerks-geschichte entstand auf dem Gebiet des ehemaligen Stahlwerks der Thyssen Krupp AG (vormals Hoesch) auf ca. 100 Hektar Entwick-lungsfläche ein neues Naherholungsgebiet umrahmt von attraktiven Baugrundstücken.

Lake PHOENIX in Dortmund

After 160 years of steelwork history, approximate 100 hectare development area of the industrial site of the former steelwork company ThyssenKrupp AG (formerly “Hoesch”) were transformed into a new recreational area surrounded by attractive building plots.
